Siva was very helpful. He took a lot of time for me and I felt very comfortable with the support. Good work. Go on with this. Great app!
After a half-day effort on making the setting, I was finally told that it cannot work on the store, no shipping rates are shown due to a Shopify tech issue. Actually, it's not a tech problem, it's one of my location/warehouses that hasn't been verified. However, it's still a good shipping app, convenient to use, fast response.

Siva helped me to understand the shipping rates, and alleviated my concern that I had to add an API to do what I wanted. I was extremely impressed by his helpful nature, his excellent knowledge of the platform and he was even able to help me with a zoom call, at 11.25pm, and controlled my screen (with my permission, of course!) and navigate to exactly where I needed to be. Shopify is something that you REALLY need to start using, if you aren't already! Thank you Siva for your help buddy! I hope everyone is as helpful as you!

You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

I installed this app and didn't quite feel certain about whether it would meet my needs in creating product & postal code specific rates. For this reason I scheduled a meeting with their Support team which was super easy to do & there were many open times for me to choose from within the day.
