I have been using ShippingEasy for over a year now and absolutely love the service. In addition to making my shipping a breeze, I also use the app to track my inventory across 3 marketplaces and my Shopify store. It works incredibly well, and at a great price.

Saves so much time creating labels! Instead of logging into USPS Click n' Ship and going through all the steps to create a label THEN going back to my store to fulfill and send tracking #s, ShippingEasy does it all for me.
Ariel called me right after I activated my account, and then I spoke with Tessa a couple minutes later about a question, and she was SO helpful and really responsive and quick. Not just some random customer service rep, they seem to really care.

I tried another shipping app and they only offered chat and email support. There are so many little issues that can come up that are complex for someone that does not deal with all of the rules for each of the carriers. Shipping Easy offers phone support and they usually answer on the second ring or sooner without prompts like "push 1 for support". It is a human answering the phone. I recently worked with Donovan and he went above and beyond trying to solve my issue. It is a great service for the price. They also have inventory and other services integrated which can save you some money and headaches down the road. Get the service and don't think twice.

I love Shipping Easy. I use it on all of my orders and it makes it very easy to set up my shipping labels, calculate shipping fees, and streamline my order processing. I highly recommend it. Super professional, always updated and improved upon - I don't think I could get through my orders without it.
ShippingEasy has helped us streamline our shipping SO MUCH! What used to take a large portion of our day now happens in a near instant. Customer service is top-notch, too. Every time we've had a question, they've been there with support to help us through. Highly recommend this app.

I've been using the ShippingEasy app & service for almost six years without any regrets! There have been very few hiccups in that whole time, and the one time I did have a major problem with a UPS transaction (which was purely the carrier's fault), SE's customer service were quick and super-helpful to the point of giving me a credit on my SE account even though it wasn't their fault! Here's hoping SE continues to grow and prosper; just as long as they don't get bought by a larger corporation only to shrivel and die like so many other good companies have before them...
