This app has made shipping SO much easier and it's extremely easy to use. You can print packing lists as well as labels and the customer service is readily available and supportive. Great job, Shippo!
Shippo makes shipping so simple. Especially if you are shipping in Canada, the Canada Post app sucks and so does the site. Shippo is a savior for Canadian merchants.

We just opened our store today and received our first order. We were both nervous and excited to fulfill it. Having the Shippo app was one of the best things we could have done for our start-up. It was so smooth and easy to use. Customer support has been hands on the entire way with support emails, but to be honest everything was so easy that we never had to contact them. We highly recommend this app!!!
Even with Shopify's new shipping features - Shippo maintains a loyal customer because it offers a variety in shipping methods, is easy to use, and can add features such as resident address, required signature, tracking, return labels, email notifications and more - all in one full swoop. I've been using shipstation with constant headaches - error messages, issues with the carrier integrations... I am so happy I took the time to make the switch!!! Could not recommend Shippo enough. It's such a refreshingly simple and intuitive interface. It has all the features and auto-filling you need to make the whole thing run smoothly. If there's one thing I'd change, it would be better ways to combine or split shipments - this is commonplace and the 'help articles' recommend workarounds, not real solutions.
These guys have been so easy to work with and very helpful!!!! Today I had an issue dealing w/ my local post office and they were quick to help resolve the issue and find a solution!!!!
we have used shipworks and ship station and we love shippo! So affordable and so easy to use. The only thing we would love is the ability to make a custom invoice :) Otherwise we are very happy with this app!!!
I have used Shippo for several months now and they are an integral part of my business operations. The app is smooth, provides an array of discount carrier prices, and is very easy to use. Their customer service is great and they are open to improvement. I wouldn't pick a different shipping app!
