I am using shiprocket from 3 month I find no issues till date. Everything is smooth. It saves lot's of time. I will recommend this app.

We have been a customer with Shiprocket since 3 months, i had some issues at starting but the service provided by my key manager Gurjot Bhela is really commendable. he has helped us with all our queries seamlessly. he has always helped us in every issue that we face.

you will get sucked in by the easy UI and an excellent presentation , then once your store starts growing and hits a mark of 200-300 shipments a month is when shiprocket fails you big time.
Worst customer service, poor grievance redressal times, account manager that will never answer your call, tickets that stay open for weeks, mails that dont get answered. i lost 60,000 worth of business due to poor response time from shiprocket. They even refuse to change the account manager.
Don't get lured. Go for a aggrigator that cares and bothers to respond.

I should be on Shopify SaaS plan, there should be no charges but I received an unpaid bill today ..thats disappointing. On the other hand, their customer support is very unprofessional ..they just told me to pay the bill again and again like a robot ..Not explaining where the bill came from either. There were lots of RTO and NDR issues recently, for those ..I requested call back regarding RTO multiple times (delivery was never attempted according to customer's response), unfortunately Shiprocket team ignored, those issues are still unresolved but they marked as resolved. I will be switching to another courier aggregator very soon.

We highly recommend Shiprocket. It has simplified our shipping. Some of the things that we really love about their app is (a) Dashboard (b) Order Tracking (c) NDR automation. Their team is very helpful and prompt with solving our issues.

We use Shiprocket for our D2C brand, and are very happy with them. We also use Shiprocket Engage, which is very useful in RTO reduction. Very amazing customer service - we had an integration issue and Palak, our customer rep, solved it very quickly.

Highly recommended!
