I want to give zero stars but there is no option for it, They have very poor pick up service they take more than 15 days to pick up 1 item, for every pick up i have to raise complaint and then they pick up my order.
We always try our best to provide faster resolutions for our clients. However, sometimes it takes a longer time than usual due to unforeseen circumstances. Please help us with your AWB number at escalation@shiprocket.in and we will get back to you on priority. -Team Shiprocket
We have created a new account with them and recharged our wallet for 2500 but they deducted the amount from our bank but have not credit it. We raised a complaint with them but they have not resolved it even in 5 days. We do not know who to contact for resolving this anymore. Can someone please help?

Horrible, Worst Logistic App! Basically Cheaters! Don’t go for this app!
Worst app on the Shopify platform! They show you the x amount and charge you 3x to 5x times more than that with the name of weight discrepancy, at the time of top-up/recharge for next shipping. They know you have orders lineup - waiting to be shipped, so they just take advantage of that.
Pickup service is poor, it takes 3-5 days for some orders!
Customer support is horrible too they don’t reply most of the time and when they reply they don’t support.
They are just making short-term money, they don’t care once they are on board and you start paying a monthly fee. We wonder, How long they can run business with this model of cheating and short-term revenue gain!

My issue of order not synced has been resolved very wisely by Mr.Arav. Good gudience and gentle behaviour with customer.Mr. Arav provided solution very patiently though there was network issue and voice was legging. Literally very happy with such a customer gudience and support.
Worst service is ever seen, not a 1% of the responsibility of courier company, waste of money and waste of time with negative brand impression. the charge is double and the service is big Zero. total useless.
There is not a single instance, many issues happen with shiprocket.

Most of these tickets are closed without addressing the query. A ticket is just an ordinary request not more than that. During this time I have taken the help of more than 100 executives but all are useless. they just tell you to wait 24-48 hours same dialogue every time.
They will suggest us the courier partner and if we say the delivery person has lied and updated the wrong status they ship rocket and ask the seller for proof, they will not ask the courier company why the order is delayed by 7 days. and for the wrong status update? but they ask the seller and they have no responsibility for the courier they have recommended.
I wonder why ship rocket is charging double the amount for shipping for this useless service they are providing or if we are fools that we are using when we can get shipping in half the amount direct with the best courier company.
Total useless and the worst service I have ever found. they ruined our brand impression and because of them we got cancel many orders. Suggest you all to please avoid shiprocket.

Shiprocket is basically a middle man between logistics provider and yourself. That is it.. They cannot help you if the logistics provider messes up. Their customer service is pathetic. I would suggest you to partner up with any logistics service provider directly rather than Shiprocket. If you are planning large scale operations, shiprocket will be a nightmare. I am planning on partnering with Delhivery or Fedex directly. We have more control and RTO % will be way less...
If you want repeat customers and your shipments to reach your customers I will recommend not to install this app. I would have given neagavtive (-1) Star if there was a possibility. One of my shipments is showing "Out for Delivery" from past 3 weeks. Customer service executives are rude and they just say we cannot help, we are escalating and wait 24 hours. I lost more than 6000 rupees worth of orders because of Shiprocket's untimely delivery service. If you want to reschedule the delivery for the customer even though the portal has an option, it doesn't reschedule, it will attempt the very next day and send you NDR report. Even after you take an action on the NDR the customer service executives will accuse you for not taking any action on the NDR.
SHIP ROCKET APP IS A JOKE. DO NOT INSTALL. BETTER GET IN TOUCH WITH THE ACTUAL DELIVERY SERVICES AND PARTNER WITH THEM.
Shiprocket is very useful for people running online businesses. Although the app can definitely have some more improvements to make,I find that the Shiprocket team has been very active in taking feedbacks and eager to make improvements which is a good thing. Thank you Shiprocket
