We have been working with shiprocket for 4 years now. Really unhelpful account managers. And they refused to take responsibility. Be ready to lose money. But then again the others are worse.

As expected with courier services, there are occasional delays, and some deliveries get affected due to factors outside of Shiprocket's control. Best service by jagriti sharma
Shiprocket is not for eCommerce Startups, as in the name of automation they will fleece you of, by charging overweight charges. Knowing the product only weigh 600gms, in the name of automation by courier partners they will overcharge you make money in hand with courier partners. No one will support you in fighting it out for you/startup. Go direct with courier companies.

Amazing experience and a very seamless integration- made order management and shipping hassle free
It has been a pleasure working with them it has been 4 days since we got onboarded and the POC is very much supportive, he has been available over call for my queries and doubts. The kind of support we were looking for we got exactly that. I'd recommend everyone who is either looking for a shipping partner or starting a business, kindly consider them. Earlier I had multiple doubts but one can only see the path once they open the eye. I wish them all good-luck and see them as a vital part of our startup journey.
