At this point because of how often I use this app, I think I've spoken to every member of the Shogun team (or close!) and every single person has been personable, and incredibly helpful. I'm a designer with almost no knowledge of code, and the Shogun tool has been instrumental in giving me more freedom to design my Shopify site the way I want it to be. Shogun has become my absolute favorite app, and I even switched from a competitor I was using because it wasn't meeting my needs. I keep finding new ways to use Shogun to not only make for a more beautiful site experience, but also to help increase conversion rates.
Recently, I had a question about something having to do with my email integration, and a Shogun member went so far as to send me a tutorial that wasn't even from Shogun. I have yet to have a question go unanswered, and I get a response at any time of day or night within only a few minutes. Cannot recommend more!!

app works. makes page building easier. great support too. The difference between Shogun and Shopify's built-in page builder is that Shogun gives you many more formats and flexibility, which allows you to create a nice page without the need to code.

Shogun is the solution to save you from having to hire a professional coder. Long term, I believe hiring someone would cost you more, especially if your website has many pages. Moreover by doing it yourself, you are in control every step of the way. The team at Shogun always responds quickly and they will assist you where needed. I find their level of customer service 5/5. Overall Shogun is an app that is a game changer for any Shopify store owner. Since most online e-commerce sites don't have a physical store, having a website that looks fantastic is essential and Shogun allows you to make this happen. Keep up the exceptional work.

This is what I thought working on Squarespace would be like. Once you get past the initial confusion of where everything is the program is very intuitive. Customer service was more than good. I sent an customer service email at 1AM and got a response...not expected. Great program. Well worth the price of entry. Highly recommend.
