I was hesitant to use this app initially but I thought I'd try. Halfway through designing my store with Shogun, I experienced some trouble with some things and I felt frustrated I started to regret downloading the app however I reached out to their customer service and I didn't expect for someone to respond to my email so quickly, to my surprise, not 10 minutes after I received an email from James Power. He has been so helpful and responded to every question/trouble I had, it was beyond what I expected. Honestly, compare to other developers and their customer service, this has been the best one I worked with thus far! I am absolutely satisfied both with their product/software and their customer service. I can't emphasise it enough, it's simply outstanding!!! Would most definitely recommend!!

I'd definitely use again/recommend Shogun. Support was top-notch, and super-responsive when I brought up even the most minor issues. Pages were easy to craft, and even easier to customize and I really love the way my new landing pages came out. 5 stars for me!

This app has really helped me layout pages as I'd like (sans a Liquid developer) via a logical interface. And the customer support has been really helpful whenever I get stumped with something! Good stuff.

Shogun has been great in their product and support. I moved from Squarespace to Shopify and working with HTML pages was a problem. I use Shogun and it helps with making my info pages beautiful.

Shogun is an amazing app and we are no longer bound by a theme with limited design elements. Shogun' customer service is seriously oustanding and professional.

Where these guys really out-perform themselves is with their support. If you have any problems and need to contact support they are quick and informative in their response. With a recent query, they went above and beyond and gave me not one but three different solutions to the problem.

Really great app, support team and how-to-videos.
We started using this app a few months back and it has worked great for us, and I feel like we are just scratching the surface of what it does. The support team has been very helpful and responsive as we have learned to use this tool. They have great videos explaining some of the basics of the tool, and they are constantly updating it seems.

Finbarr and Nick provided fantastic customer service. I just got the app and had a couple small issues that were quickly resolved with Finbarr's help. I am a novice to page builder, and I can see this app being really useful already.

I've been using Shogun for over 2 years. Always very useful when building landing pages. Versatile and easy to use. The support team is very helpful too.
