So we had an issue with Shopify's WYSIWYG editor. After over an hour on hold, we decided to email tech support at Shogun. Nick was apt to respond (very quickly I might add) He was kind enough to actually reach out and CALL US! That's top notch customer service. He showed us how to fixed the issue and reset our 14 day free trial !!! That is awesome! Keep up the great work!

I have been pretty happy with this application and their support. Honestly, I went quite a few months not having used the application after installing it - and wasted some money - but once I started putting to into use I found it very easy to use and helpful in creating tailored shopping experiences for our customers. I did recently run into an issue where reviews from Okendo would not display using their built in widgets, but I sent an email and their support team helped me out right away. I have no major complaints. It is a solid app.

After an error with our theme the support shown from the shogun team fixed the issue in under an hour and got back going again! Thanks Nick and Jill for getting us on the right track again.

Amazing tools for the pages build up, user friendly and always respond very quick within few minutes if you got any issue during build the page. Feel full of support!!

This app is awesome!!!!!!!!! The custom templates are cool! In terms of Design and color its a go to.

Shogun has great templates and buttons for all your needs and it's super customizable. The real star of the show here is their customer service though. Although the app is quite intuitive, this is not the sort of work I typically do and I needed *a lot* of help with my first page. Their support was incredible! They provided support through video sharing, ensuring that I knew exactly how to solve my problem. Highly recommend!

Yes it was all fine. I found some things a bit tricky but the developer helped out and was patient and sent me videos to watch which made it easier to understand. Mostly the response time was good but there were some delays of 8 hours or so between asking for help and getting a reply which was frustrating at times, but overall quite happy.

The Shogun support team are phenomenal and respond very quickly to any questions we have. Justine in particular has been great to work with; she is always happy to help with any issues that arise and replies with detailed responses. No question has been left unanswered and Justine continually goes above and beyond! Thank you for all your help.

Shogun is our go-to app for all our landing pages and site design work. The app is solid and easy to use, but you can get as creative and complex as you want. Their support is second to none - Just recently had a deadline coming up fast and had to reach out to them for help with a technical issue I was trying to overcome on my landing page. I reached out via email at 5 am my time, and within 20min Adam had emailed me back and 100% fixed my issue. I really appreciate that!! Shogun will change your company for the better!! If you are on the fence about installing this app, don't be... just do it.

Amazing customer support, accidentally edited a page outside of the app and messed it all up. Contacted shogun and got response almost immediately. Love the app and the pages I've built!
