Very useful app, intuitive and particularly fast when navigating.
The only suggestion I would make would be for the shop manager to be able to add his or her own customised font from the selectable ones.

Could you create a function where the popup stops being shown for a while if the customer clicks on "X" to close the popup without signing up? Because it continues to open even if I click close, when I load the page again, the popup appears. This is boring.

Hi there! Thank you for providing your feedback. We appreciate your input. Currently, you have the ability to customize the behavior of the pop-up. For example, if you wish to limit the number of times a customer sees it, you can set it to appear only on specific page types. Additionally, you can choose to delay the trigger for the first, second, or third page view. Furthermore, you have the option to set a timer for when you want the pop-up to be displayed. -Mac, Shopify Support

Very happy with the forms app. It's been capturing all of our newsletter emails for over 3 months now, everything has been working well and I've even seen a lift to sign-up conversion. Can't argue with that from a free app!

It's called Forms, but should be called "A Form"

I would like to see this app support multiple forms across the store. Right now, the app allows creation of a single form only. It does only one thing - create a pop up form to collect email sign ups on your store.

A pretty useful and basic functionality, but it would be so much more helpful if more than one forms could be created.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! In addition to a popup form, you can create multiple inline forms and place them in different locations on your online store. You're able to add and remove fields to customize these forms for different purposes. I'm not sure why they don't have any CSS or allow formatting to the theme. I rarely use this app because it looks different than my entire website. All of the other Shopify apps come with custom CSS options - like Mail or the customizer. Makes no sense that we can't even use a theme font! This is such an easy update Shopify! Please fix.

You can't create a redirect to a thank you page. Incredible. This is a basic feature any form app should have. Not using it for now.

- Enable Theme App Embeds: First, ensure that the theme app embed is activated on your store. You can follow the instructions in this help document to set it up correctly: https://shopify.link/ozB1.

You cannot access the answers for submitted forms by potential clients. Shopify Team has been contacted but they did not offer any help.

Shopify Forms team was supposed to reach to us and offer help, but after 9 days, they also did not help.

Do not waste time on this app. Get the alternatives.
