Love the app. I'm able to answer my customers questions right on my product page for anyone to see. That way, if anyone has the same question, it'll already have been answered for them. Huge upgrade for my website and a neccesity.
Milan and his team are incredible. The service they provide and the level of support they give goes way beyond this app. I had some issues with SEO and tags and Milan fixed it for me right away. Not only did he guide me on how to add FAQ, he fixed the SEO so Google can find snippets on the website. 100000000% recommend these guys.

Great, simple and working app excecuting what it promises. Customer service was great too! One star short, because there was not a way to customize the widget by yourself. You had to contact support BUT they did an excellent job modifying the widget :)

This app has been an effortless experience for us to keep up on customer issues. It is very intuitive and easy to use. We get a lot of questions because we have so many products and in the tool business, every little measurement is critical. We appreciate that we have control over what is published and what isn't. Some questions are just too stupid.
