Yes, initially I wanted to understand the client's problem learned about SMPS and I tried and installed it. However, I still encountered some technical issues such as non-adaptation. I got in touch with the officials who were friendly and proactive in dealing with the issues. In the end, the problem was solved for me. I am very grateful. I will keep using it. Thank you very much.

On August 8, 2024, I want to express positive praise once again for Simprosys Q and A app. Even after many years of using it, this app remains one of our all-time favorites. It is extremely useful, easy to implement, and cost-effective. The app support is also fast, hands-on, and the communication is excellent and pleasant. Love the app it makes my product pages more interesting with high-quality customer-generated content. It helps improve trust and conversion too and IS great for SEO.

Amazon publishes their customer questions so you should be doing this also.

Update review:
After a long trial and careful consideration we found a few negatives with this app. There are some features this app struggles with but for the most part the functionality is a 6 / 10. I will say that on occasion the app has had issues and we were unable to log in yesterday. Response from app dev is typical of free apps, not really excited about resolution, and replies less than 3 words which is not very professional by any standard. I hope this app works for most of you but the clunky layout for us and the limited features along with the "off and on" characteristics make this app a hard sell.
