It's a quite simple app, and easy to use, the support is very helpful and fast. It can be better if we can submit several Q&A on the same page.

Great customer service! Hopefully they can create a fix for questions submitted by bots, if they did, that would be amazing. In the meantime if you have bots spam you with questions, contact customer service and they will delete those for you.

Only two users over the past 6 months that posted a question. Yet we have many orders. I'm wondering about the need. While it may have benefits of SEO and FAQ stuff, it needs enough questions and answers to make that happen.
Installed this app a few days ago and it really does work well. Arms length interaction and starts to create a valuable and poignant FAQ on your product page and product specific too. Great app.
Overall I would recommend if you think your customers would need this feature. Support is excellent.
Technical problems:
- adds 14kb to every single page, lowering your google page speed rank.
- javascript isn't minified or cached
Feature problems:
- questions and answers don't have a date-time.
- duplicating products causes the app to break because you'll be showing questions from one product in the other.
Good idea. Needs to be a bit easier to customize re: placement, and color, size etc of button. Would recommend.
