I've tried a few digital file apps for our Shopify store now and Sky Pilot is definitely the best. Digital Download (Shopify's version) is just too basic and can be really cumbersome to work with. The other one we tried was SendOwl and it's also fairly limited when stacked against this app. We think Sky Pilot is definitely the best for our needs. The app is great and the customer service is quick and pain free.
Sky Pilot has been an incredible help to us with delivering music to our customers and it just keeps getting better and better. Sky Pilot has allowed us to deliver files for over 25,000 orders and we have received fantastic support from the Sky Pilot team.
I've just launched my store but so far all of my test transactions have worked flawlessly. I've had a couple of questions throughout the process and Andrew always responds promptly to assist.

I've used quite a few Shopify apps to enhance my online store, but none have come close to the level of service and customization that this app offers. From the moment I installed it, I knew I was in for something special.
The installation process was a breeze, and the user interface is incredibly intuitive. I was able to set up my digital products in no time, making them seamlessly available on my online store. They even have 24/7 support chat which is amazing!
What truly sets this app apart is the exceptional customer support. They're not just responsive; they're proactive. The best Digital Downloads App, you can download exactly the same files that you upload they do not shrink them or zip them. Really good support team, they offer really good plans recently, just test them yourself it is free.

Day 1 of using Sky Pilot and received exceptional and fast customer service in helping me to customise my set up. Very happy so far. Everything appears to be working and looking forward to launching.
This app is very helpful. We sell digital products and it makes it possible for our customers to access their files via the Shopify store, eliminating the need for a duplicative CRM.
The best part about this APP? The service team. They are FANTASTIC. They really helped us get this store up quickly. And their manner of dealing with clients were top rate. I only hope our customer service team can operate at their level one day.
