Easy to use, nice format for emails (especially for marketing) and easy to design, great customer service!
Very cool app, I signed up to test it as I use mailchimp (and still will for newsletters) but this got me a few sales within minutes. Nice little weekly addition to update customers on products. ( even when I forget to)
the team behind Smartrmail is fantastic! I've had issues setting up the service, so my questions were quickly followed up and resolved by the friendly support people. Simply instantly through the chat! When I faced difficulties with delivery to mailboxes on Yahoo.com, the people in Smartrmail quickly investigated the reasons, and helped me out to make my business work better. They are seriously interested in HELPING YOU GROW, not just like many other services that only want your money. I am serious about this.

I use this app to help automate my emails and my lists. It works wonders because there are some things I'd rather not keep up with and it takes care of all of it for me.
I love SmartrMail! I moved over from Mailchimp a few months ago and it's been so much better and easier to use. Obviously the integration with Shopify is a huge bonus but also the customer service is amazing. Everyone I have spoken to has been quick to respond and very generous and patient with their time. This email marketing app is super intuitive and easy to set up. The support team are really responsive and helpful
Quick to install and easy to use. I've reached out to support a couple of times to ask about particular features and Nicolas has been super helpful every time.
The app is really awesome to use. The application is very User-friendly and the technical team is very helpful.
I've now had a little bit of time to work with this app and am in love... While there are a few things that need to be improved (which I understand they are working on) the customer service is fantastic. I had a small issue and the guys tested it for me to make sure everything was working perfectly.
Can't wait to see the additional features such as being able to fully customize the abandoned cart and product recommendations, which is in the works!
