This app is extremely easy to set up and maintain on an ongoing basis. Currently running their points and referrals programs which work really well together. The support team has been super helpful! I really like the way that it integrates with Klaviyo. I'm able to trigger several automated flows to customers based off of rewards information and send very personalized campaigns. I highly recommend Smile to anyone looking to better their customer lifetime value!

Just moved to the Smile app from another Loyalty Rewards app and couldnt be happier with my decision. I needed some help importing customer points from the other app and they had it sorted within minutes for me. Super responsive and helpful and the app itself is super user friendly and looks great. Nice app! and fast support. I have a few customers that sign up, but not a lot so I tried to do some advertising on my facebook page to get people to sign up.
Everything you need for your loyalty program is all in here. Easy to setup, easy to manage your customer's point amount, importing exporting is really easy as well. And most importantly, Smile's support team is undoubtedly top-notch. Quick yet simple to understand.
