It would be nice if the app would collect the customers birthday including birthyear, so shop owners know how old their customers are. It makes sense to collect this data within the loyalty program as people will only give this information for incentives like points or gifts. So please add this feature soon! It could be up the shop owner to set this as optional or mandatory field. Other than this the app is really good and working very well. Would definitely recommend!

We removed the birth year since that's not a requirement to reward customers on their special day 🤗 and fundamentally that decision was based on the premise that capturing a customer's age through the year is considered to be personally identifiable information.

so far so good, simple but could be more simple. The brand immediately called to make sure i understood and got everything installed .. Though i did not answer they're a perfect example of great customer service.
