Joe & the Comment Selling team is amazing! The most excellent customer service. Always prompt in helping resolve any questions or answers, and checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly. The app itself is fantastic! Very streamline, easy to use for both the retailer and the customer, which allows more interaction with your customers. Saves a massive amount of time invoicing, and keeps inventory counts up to date. The new live overlay for selling is another amazing feature that keeps the online/live shopping experience fun and simple!
SoldLive is the BEST app that I've used through Shopify! Preparing for and carrying out our Live Shows used to take 2-3 days. Now with the SoldLive app, I have absolutely no prep work and no invoicing to do. Using this app has saved us so much time and effort. It is super simple to use and the customer support is AMAZING!
This has been an extremely helpful app that allowed us to pivot from brick and mortar during Covid, and continue our business without stopping during the closures, the shutdowns and our eventual store closure and physical move. Through it all, we did live sales on FB with SoldLive and kept on going. 2.5 YEARS later, and we have shifted primarily to become an online store and Facebook Live sellers, AND we are still in business despite numerous challenges! Our entire staff says THANK YOU, JOE!! You've been an amazing and responsive app owner, always ready to help and problem-solve, and reassure us, especially as our business was dependent on online and FB sales for a large measure of time. I like everything I've tried with SoldLive so much so I haven't tried any other app for this and I plan to continue with the SoldLive, no need to go elsewhere.. It has been simple to use and easy for my customers. I LOVE the fact that messenger shows them the options for them to click on if they didn't mention (size/color, etc) they don't need to know how to type it out. Thank you for that. I also appreciate the support emails and the cost is amazing. Thank you again for a great product,
This has been an amazing addition to my Shopify store. One of the best investments I've made to allow for more time freedom! Joe has been incredible to work with! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to take invoicing out of their weekly schedule!
I have been using this app for almost a year. I love it because I go live on Facebook and have a Shopify website. I don’t have to worry about double selling items because when I seek it on my Facebook live. The app will update my inventory on my website.

This app is great. Exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to set up. I did have a little issue getting it to work properly with my store but a quick email to support and it was fixed in a day. Great product and great service. Thanks!

I love the fact that SoldLive keeps track of my inventory. I don't have to worry about customers having to register to checkout. They can check out on Facebook or Instagram. This product is simple and easy.
