A great app and whenever I have used support I have gotten polite, concise and clear feedback from the developer. Have been using this app for around 6 months now and it works perfectly as a buy x get y app.

There are a lot of options within the app to get the specific deal that you are after and if I have been unsure I have simply sent support and email and responses were received very promptly offering very polite advice.

Very much recommended.

We upgraded to this App after using the older version (Buy X, get X). There's no coding needed anymore which made it a simple set-up AND the support we did get from the Supple team was excellent.
The App itself works perfectly, exactly as described and gives a number of powerful options for promoting offers on our site. Very pleased.

Great support service!
Even when the app does not have some specific features we would like to have (such as the option to give to the customer only one gift at a time when you want to have different gifts available to choose at the same time), the support has always been very kind with us and solved any issue or personalization request.

It's almost perfect - the upsell/cross-sell bits are great. The gift with purchase could be so much better though - it's very slow to load on the basket page and would be even better if it could be automatically added to the basket. I did speak to their support team about this and was given a generic response about improving site speed using tools like Google Page Speed.

Great app! Was easy to install and settings were flexible to our needs. Using this primarily for a spend/get promotion and upsell/cross sell pop up. Looking forward to exploring the "sign up for access" settings as well.

the bogo app didnt work when customers went to pay on last step. didnt take off discount. unfortunately i didnt realize this till three days later and no sales.
