It's OK, but very tricky to get working correctly. The various appearance options to promote the special offer are confusing and usually don't work well without a lot of trial and error. (we have never got the banner to appear in product images). The pop-up appearing in the checkout is so slow, that most customers click on before it even appears. It has potential but seems buggy and the user interface is poorly thought out and confusing. Support is also slow and responses are normally next day if you are lucky.

It's a decent app does what it says, but it has problems Buy X Get Y ...works but is also broken.

When I add two products to my cart and it is B1G1 Free if you back out of the cart change the quantity to 1 and then go to check out it keeps the coupon and takes the total off one product and gives a free order... I spent way too long canceling FREE orders because of this. ugh.

This app works well for us. If you're a big analytics nut, be sure to set up with their recommended companion apps so that Google tracking and Analytics within Shopify report promo sales properly. Otherwise, the draft order flow will skew your data pretty drastically. All-in-all a great stop gap on our way to Shopify Plus.

Extremely slow customer service. This is a crucial time of the year I would expect better. I used this app before and was happy with it this is why I wanted to try again

We were looking for an OFFER APP to help with BOGOs and beyond. When Supple APPs came up in the search, the search was over. Perfect APP. Perfect Service. Happy Customers! Update: The offers are not showing up on my site. It's glitching and unfortunately did not have a good turnout with a BIG sale I was having. I had to uninstall the app and get another one sadly.

We often use automatic discounts, which have no effect. You must wait for several seconds on the shopping cart page before the discount appears.
