Update: The head of support reached out to me and helped me fix the issue. For some reason, there was a line of code that was missing which was causing the app to not work. Anyways, the app is working great now and I am using it. Thank you support for taking care of this issue.

Previous Post: Worst support ever. Don't get this app. All is well with it works but when it breaks support will punt you to figure it out on your own and respond to you once a day. Offers quit working after a couple of days and now I cannot get any of the offers to work. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still wont work. I have been trying to get this app fixed for days and no light at the end of the tunnel. Complete horror story here! Run!

4 things that I like the most about Special Offers over other discount apps I've used/tried:

1. Works without any liquid edits, unless you want to customize it than can make changes.

2. Makes complex discounts easy; can even "stack" discounts in order.

3. Great customer support: couldn't figure out how to make something work, emailed support and they got me a quick answer (if you give them access as a user to your account before asking the question, they will even go in to your store and find out what you messed up).

4. Pricing: Good value.

Multiple discounts wont work together, and they will bait you with the $9 but charges you so much more hidden charges!! DO NOT USE

Ultimate Special Offers is very flexible and can be used in creative ways. It also is very easy to install and relatively unobtrusive to your theme code.

We did have one issue but it was fixed within 24 hours after emailing the support email address. Nice!

I love this app most of the time. It works most of the time. But those 10% of times it doesn't it costs us money every day.

We have an any 5 for £10 off on our website, most of the time it works perfectly. But the 10% of the time it'll not apply the discounts, meaning we have customers compain that the discounts aren't working and refund them X amount. As it doesn't work all the time we're also losing a lot of sales due to abandon carts.

I'd happily pay $200 a month for an app like this to work 100% of the time.

Another issue with it is it doesn't work with abandon checkouts. It sends them an email and takes them to the checkout page where the discounts don't apply. I understand if they have to be taken to the cart page to apply discounts - how about implementing your own abandon cart system which would take them to the cart page?

TLDR: Love this app when it works but unfortunately doesn't always work.

We used this application to run a 1-day BOGO sale very shortly after launching our site without much time to test it thoroughly.

First of all, the app works fantastically and as expected. Installation is very simple which is surprisingly hard to find among the apps in the store that offer the BOGO feature.

Secondly, the support team is great and super responsive. We wanted to have the ability to limit how many offers could be redeemed per order. They told us that they would be willing to build a custom feature for us for a reasonable price. We ran out of time before our sale to have them complete it, but it's nice to know that these are real people that value their customers enough to consider things like this.

Above all else, we had an emergency bug the day of our 24-hr BOGO sale. For the record, the bug had nothing to do with this app. We had tried out some other BOGO apps before finding Ultimate Special Offers. One of the other apps added code that was causing a conflict and some users weren't seeing the discount applied on the checkout page. I contacted Supple Apps support and they found the problem within 15 minutes.

This app has way more to it than just BOGO. Major props to the SuppleApps team for being on top of their game.

The customer support is beyond of everything you can expect. Really nice job with custom edit and very responsive and quick problem solving.

Great app - easy to set-up and works very smoothly. Was experiencing some issues but customer support was in touch with me about them within minutes and resolved everything straight away. Definitely recommend!
