I love Eleanor from customer support. While all of the support members have been great, she has been above and beyond. I had a very complicated situation, and she managed to stay with me through it -and ultimately, help me resolve it. She was polite, professional, and expert in figuring out the issue. It is customer support like Eleanor that makes me keep confidence about using Spocket. That said, I wish you would allow for multiple stores per one account, even if you charge a fee for this...it is very complicated to have multiple accounts so I can sell to both amazon and shopify, for instance. thanks!

Mi era sfuggito di disdire l’abbonamento dalla banca in quanto non vendevo ancora a sufficienza, il giorno dopo (e dico dopo) la scadenza del periodo di prova mi è stata addebitata una somma per un abbonamento che avevo sospeso già precedentemente. Contatto l’assistenza che risponde in templi biblici e, dopo avermi assicurato di aprire un ticket per il rimborso, è scomparsa nonostante avessi scritto per diversi giorno. Mai più, servizio di assistenza pessimo, immagino il servizio di drop.
update: to date the refund has never arrived, so I confirm that they are cheaters and scammers. I will never use this service again for any of my stores.
I had missed canceling the subscription from the bank because I still wasn't selling enough, and the day after (and I mean after) the trial period expired I was charged a sum for a subscription that I had already suspended previously. I contacted the assistance that responds in biblical temples and, after having made sure to open a ticket for the refund, it disappeared even though I had written for several days. Never again, terrible customer service, I imagine the drop service.

Only started using Spocket recently, but have had a great experience so far. I like the ease of importing Products into my Store, and the Scrapper tool for Ali Express. Planning to also use the Image search functionality, because I think that is definitely a great tool in my opinion. Had an issue with one of my orders, and worked with Prinz from Spocket Team, he did great in explaining the issue, and also answered my other questions which really helped me. Prinz went above and beyond to provide a top notch support! Product selection is also pretty good, and prices are still decent. App is pretty easy to navigate compared to some other apps. Overall pretty satisfied with this app so far, and really happy with their Support Team.
