Customer support is practically non-existent. It is a decent system unless you have ANY issues (which you always will with dropshipping). Unless you have an upgraded plan, the only way to reach support is through email which they do not respond promptly to. Very disappointed.

Just starting out, but it seems easy to work with and seamlessly integrates with Shopify. What I'm particularly interested in is the fast shipping and confidence in suppliers. Overall, I believe it will offer a reliable and efficient solution for my shop.

Spocket has been wonderful. Aside from their wonderful list of suppliers, they have one of the best customer support team ever! They have an updated knowledge base/help center too.

I have some feature requests to make the navigation of the app better, I hope they can get implemented soon. To the merchants using Spocket, if you have a feature request, just let their team know via chat and they will add it to their feature request list.
