I was still on my introductory trial period to Spocket. I had some specific questions about one of the suppliers. Janela in Customer Service was very helpful being the bridge between me and the supplier and we got the answers we needed from the supplier. Thanks to Janela and the team for their courteous and professional assistance!

The Spocket team is awesome! My store isn't up & I've just started using the app, so I'm not sure how the products/suppliers are yet. Any question or concern I've had is addressed within minutes mostly by live chat. Sometimes via email. Great people!

I was mistakenly charged twice for the membership. Russel, Lorena, Erwin & Ria went out of the way to help me out and guide me the best way possible. My refund has been approved. I'm just waiting for the final receiving. Really appreciate it!
