I am still fairly new with spocket but i have had a great experience so far. Prinz was very helpful in answering my questions regarding products, it was very clear and i didnt need to ask anything else. the team is always very helpful, and their instant message chat is very helpful as i didnt need to make a phone call. thank you!

This app is great, the only thing missing for me is a direct push-to-store of the Return policy. There is no way for my customer to see that, so I always have to copy and paste the processing time, the shipping times, and the return policy whether it's 15 days, 30 days, or more. Each supplier has different policies. That is probably the most annoying thing about the app.

Love this app! I love how you can choose countries for products and the info videos. Used other apps that all use Aliexpress, didn't feel like I stood out from the crowd.
The design is so clean and simple and I felt the products are unique and different.
