I use this to auto update my feeds from my suppliers and love it, its so easy to use, and the one time i had an issue they have stuck by me to help sort the issue i had. The issue i had was it kept hiding in stock products when told to hide products that are 0 (zero). They stuck with me until the issue had been resolved.

Update: been using stock sync for over a year now and any issues i get they are on the case. Cant fault them.

I normally don't leave reviews but this is an exception. The support staff is excellent. Any problems, I get a solution within 24 hours. Love the app and it is very useful to keep my store up to date on the inventory from my suppliers.

Diese App hat mich gerettet - SO GUT !!! Ich kann per CSV einfach die Händler Lagerdatei hochladen und alle Lagerbestände werden angepasst .. ohne Aufwand - wirklich mit einem Knopfdruck (Nachdem man alles eingestellt hat wie man es will - aber selbst das ist super easy) Es ist wirklich das was ich gesucht habe ! danke ans Team für diese app !!! *************

The support and assistance I received from Jor and Raj is of the highest quality, fast and efficient. The imports makes it very easy for me to list my products and the updates keeps it updated at all times. I am still new in this, thus have a lot to learn and figure out, but so far it's going really great. Thank you stock-sync, keep up the good work and thank you for your fast support.

OLD review 2021: 2 stock feeds are not syncing since at least 2 weeks and I did not receive any warning. Right now there are at least 5 not working and support does not react. EDIT: The support has improved a lot in comparison to 2021. I raise my 1 star to 5 stars, and besides that, we receive now emails when a feed is not working.

We really appreciate the review. Regarding your query:

What happens if an item which was out of stock, is on stock again? Does it then go to the spot according to how the collection was programmed?
- When the item is back to In-Stock in the feed file, it will be updated to your Shopify store with the matching SKU.
- If you can elaborate on the issue with the feed name, 3 sample matching SKUs that were NOT updated correctly - we will be able to check in-depth on the issue.

Please check your next invoice, I upgraded twice, I am well within the enterprise plan, why do you want to charge me another 21,80 USD?? This looks odd to me. You cannot charge in the same period a customer three plans!!
- We are sorry that you are experiencing this costing issue. We can surely rectify this by refunding any unjustified cost.
- Do let us know if you would like to customize your plan to get a more reasonable costing
- Kindly elaborate on the charges of $21.80.
