About to totally disconnect this app from my store. Ugh! Trying to get support, but Shopify won't answer questions and instead points me to Stocky but from all I can gather, Shopify and Stocky are one and the same. What the heck?
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. The Stocky app is developed and supported by Shopify - for context, the application can assist you with optimizing your inventory and can be added directly to your Shopify store. With that being said, if you are experiencing issues with Stocky - you can get into contact with our live support by navigating to our Help Center: https://shopify.link/KWb8. -Ollie, Shopify Support
This is truly an outstanding app and team behind the app!!!
It does everything a small business needs using the same principles of big business. New features are added quite often and special requests or questions are handled by the team very quickly and efficiently!
This app is a MUST for any Shopify Business.
We are a medium sized independent pet store and we use Shopify Online and POS. We have thousands of products to track and we use the auto-generated POs to submit our weekly orders. Must more precise ordering than we had before! Save time and money with this app! Seriously!
Great App/ Solution, as a veteran buyer, I have used many purchasing systems and most are a lot more expensive than this. This solution has great features and is well thought through, ultimately giving you a solid performance on inventory control. Seb and the support team are excellent and the integration of stock was seamless. Keep up the excellent work.
Horrible....VERY time consuming if you want it to actually so something right. Probably have to hire someone just to sit on this app 40+ hours a week or it will be extremely inaccurate and basically useless. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Stocky, we really appreciate your candid feedback. And I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble, I will follow up with you via email to discuss this further, as well as to get any other pieces of feedback you would be willing to share with us. Thank you, Liana.
This app is amazing. It saves you lots of time when you have to place an order to your supplier and when you need to control your stock levels. The app runs really well without any drawbacks. Moreover, Seb is extremely helpful. Any doubt you have he will answer it immediately. I totally recommend this app. Its a must if you have a shopify store.
We have 8 brick and mortar locations, the app make it using for forecasting inventory needs at each of our locations, creating purchase orders based off a set criteria that you set and creating transfers between locations. It appears to be doing a good job that. I tested out the app a few years back and got frustrated with it and stopped using it. Thought I would come back and give it a try again. So far I am happy with it. However, there are some areas that need some improvement to make the app better. - I like the fact that it has a way to print barcodes based off purchase orders and stock transfers. However, it's only limited too Dymo printers. We use a Rollo at some of our locations. Would like to see more flexibility there. - When creating purchase orders and stock transfers based off suggestions, I would like to see a filter added to say "Show Minimum Re Order Stock Required". For example, ff we 1000 SKUs I don't want the purchase order or stock transfer suggestions to show me 900 SKUs that require us to order just one. It would be nice to set a minimum amount to be displayed on the purchase order or transfer such as 5 or 10 or whatever number we want. Because now, I have remove all the 900 SKUs individually by clicking the trash can icon to the right that I don't want. Or if this is not doable then add a checkbox next to all the SKUs on the purchase orders and transfers to allow me to select the 900 and hit remove. --- Also products are showing up when running the suggestions that are stocked at the location. Our team is open to working with Shopify to help make this a better app. It's a win - win for everyone.
Thanks for the great review! Greatly appreciated.
There’s a setting under Preferences - Forecasting that will prevent every single out of stock item being added to the PO regardless of its performance. Please try deselecting “Keep in stock” and see if that helps.
You can also set minimum order quantities per supplier by going to Suppliers - Settings - Order limits.
Something else that might be helpful is the minimum order quantity column that can be enabled on the draft PO page.
I'm looking into the issue with non-location products showing up when forecasting.
Hopefully some of this is of help to you. We are currently building a team to work on Stocky full time so you should see some big improvements in the not too distant future.

Mondays used to be "inventory day" and we'd go through formulas on spreadsheets and integrate them with reports from different places and manually prepare POs in Excel. The whole process took all day Monday and sometimes all day Tuesday, too.
Now, every day is inventory day with Stocky. We can glance at it and see what we need, where there's a trend, what we've got coming. It has most of what was on our wish list plus some things we hadn't thought of. The few things that we've expressed a desire for, they've added pretty quickly or promised to work on it.
One of the best parts of Stocky has been the responsive support. Our rep always seems to grasp what we need and answer us fairly quickly. I can't speak for all the staff, but we really enjoy working with our rep.
If you really want to organize your stock and streamline your supply chain ordering and tracking, I highly recommend giving Stocky a chance to whip you into shape. I don't think you'll ever want to go back.
I have tried SO MANY inventory management plans - some that cost way more than this one - and stocky is my fav BY FAR - highly recommended. Also - Seb was amazing - the support is outstanding and FAST. Definitely give this one a try - you wont be sorry.
I've been using Stock for nearly a year and it's been vital in managing my stock levels, identifying products which need to be put on sale and which need reordering. It massively reduces my admin time. I'd like for it to show a stock level vs time chart for products (it currently only shows sales/time) so that I can more accurately allow for the effects of a product being out of stock for a period of time (as happens a lot as many of my suppliers have very long lead times), but hopefully that will be something that comes in the future. It makes it super easy to reorder from each supplier and track incoming stock. I'd very much recommend it, especially it's free!
Like many other stores I have tried a bunch of inventory apps ranging from Stitch Labs to random apps online. This is by far the best I have come across and at the price per month it's also the best value for money. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Not only this the support is unreal. Very fast, on the ball and quick to identify solutions to any problem you describe. They are also willing to add features (within reason) something I asked Stitch Labs to do but alas no joy. Oh and for those that have been searching high and low for an inventory app that shows you your current stock on hand value, this one does :D
Seb your a diamond thanks for all the help setting things up.
