We have literally just got started with this app, so its a little early to comment on the ROI/effectiveness, but, Diana from support was so absolutely amazing with the onboarding process we just had to give it 5 stars!

This app has helped our business so much, it allows our customers to automate ordering their products on a schedule that works best for them. And the customer service team is very helpful.
This app has really helped with customer retention, and DJ in customer service was great. Be warned though that if you want quick response times you will need to get a premium service plan.

ReCharge is fantastic! Highly recommend. The team driving this service is absolutely incredible and thorough when assisting with issues. The features and abilities for our customers to manage, update, remove their subscription are all there and easy to use. Lots of useful reporting and tracking metrics and more. Also, ReCharge can handle large subscription models really well. We have over 15,000 subscribers currently so if that doesn't tell you they can do it, I don't know what will. Of course there are be things that can be cleaned up and added over time and I know ReCharge pays close attention to the moving pieces within Shopify so that they are always compliant. Five stars!
Account login functionality for the consumer (front end) can be faulty. The analytics are good, but could be enhanced.
