I was looking for a way to automate sending invoices to customers, I found other apps but those weren't nearly as easy to set up, they also wouldn't integrate with Klaviyo and most importantly, NONE of the other apps I found would consider tax compliance - a must if you're selling B2B.
With Sufio it's possible to send invoices via the order confirmation email sent through Shopify and allow customers to see the invoices on their account page.
There's even an option to validate a customer's VAT number automatically, WOW!
I messed up part of the set up and Djimi not only responded within minutes, but he also fixed it for me super quickly - exceptional app and customer service!

Sufio is a simple and extremely useful tool for our business located in Italy. Support is responsive and I really appreciated how they can be flexible with special needs configurations.
Dankzij Sufio kunnen mijn klanten indien gewenst onmiddellijk een btw-factuur krijgen bij hun bestelling. Dit spaart me veel tijd en haalt weer een drempel weg voor de klant. De customer service heeft me enorm geholpen met alles in dezelfde stijl als mijn webshop te zetten en de automatische vertalingen in orde te brengen, zodat mijn klanten gemakkelijk in hun eigen taal een factuur kunnen aanvragen. I used Sufio to create manual invoices for my store and not just the ones created automatically with an order. The features are easy to use, I pretty much kept the default settings with minimal adjustments. Michael was also helpful in removing my name from the emails when sending invoices.

Works great and awesome support!
With sufio, we can create invoices that meet both our layout and design needs, as well as local legal content requirements. Best support service I have experienced in ages, fast response with the possibility of custom adjustments. Although it seemed a little expensive for the limited number of invoices we need (in the small business we have), it's well worth the time saved and adds to the professional image.

This app is easy to use and the invoices look really professional. Whenever I have a query, the developers go out of their way to help.
Great Tool and an even better Customer Service. I sent them 2 emails and both have been answered within 30 minutes. Thats the service you need to get your business running! Can only recommend!
