I've tested many live chat widgets and I like this one the best. It's free right off the bat, and they offer custom branding for only $15/month. It's the only live chat app I could find which supports an email ticketing system as well (included for free). Would highly recommend! :)

The Remove Branding add-on allows you to remove tawk.to branding from the tawk.to Widget and Support Emails. It also lets you use your own domain for sending out support emails.

It is good, but some messages you need to keep in English. :( I am working with other countries and languages.

Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out.

You can add multiple widgets to a Property and customize your widget to match different languages on your website.

Each new widget you add will be in English by default. For each set of pages with a new language, you’ll need to create a new widget and manually set the language.

You can create a maximum of 20 new widgets per Property. Each new widget will have its own settings for Color, Size, Position and Language.
