teelaunch: Print on Demand

AMAZING! 10 times better than any other t-shirt fulfilment app and cheaper pricing. Also the print quality is better than any other company I have used.

Why is it better? Previously I used "theprintful" and "print aura", with both of those you had to upload twice / once adding products to your website and again uploading the designs to the fulfillmet site. You had to do this for every single product. It took forever. I also checked print samples from them and they weren't great. Also they rip you off on pricing! $13 base cost + $5 shipping, $18! And that's the cheapest item. Crazy.

With Teelaunch you just upload your design for the products you want and process it. That's it. And the base cost for a mens shirt is $8.50 + $4 shipping, $12.50 total. Waay better. I now make $18 profit per item compared to $12.

This beats everyone by far. Highly recommend

I used this app to help make shirts for my store. The app is really easy to use, the product adds to the store with ease, and the prices are quite low for the quality of product you recieve. I've tried a few other POD services, and I always end up stocking my shop with Teelaunch products more so than any other supplier. It would be great if there was a simple way to add varients to a product already in my shop, or easily make edits to the graphics once in the shop, but being able to load a graphic to many types of tops all at once is amazing. Highly recomment

Love the selections of products!

Highly recommended. Very easy to use. Wish there are more customization options other than uploading your own artwork. Would be cool to make your own designs while doing it all inside the app.

Fast shipping and great customer support

I've been with Teelaunch for many years and they have always gone above and beyond. The product selection is excellent and I've had very few complaints over the years from my customers. They love the products I source from Teelauch. Pricing is fair, and you can easily make a decent profit on most products.
Should an issue arise, they have a team of top-notch customer support people who are quick to respond and are always helpful. You won't find a better POD company anywhere else. Teelaunch has been an integral part of the success of my business.

I've been working with teelaunch for a little over a year, and I've had an entirely positive experience. Here are some of the things that I appreciate about teelaunch:
* awesome customer (seller) experience - customer service team responds within hours and provides helpful responses
* products ship in a timely fashion 99% of the time
* great product selection - and always expanding
* many fulfillment partners for some types of products, including worldwide fulfillment for faster shipping to international customers - makes a huge difference for customer experience when receiving item in a shorter timeframe

Honestly, after working with teelaunch for a year, I have nothing bad to say about them. I have been selling POD and working with other vendors for over two years, and teelaunch is one of my favorites. Easy to work with, reliable, good communication.

Sure, there are things that happen from time to time. Maybe a specific fulfillment partner has a problem that delays some orders. But that's just how it goes no matter who I'm working with. And I find that teelaunch's customer service is a cut above, which helps tremendously.

Honestly, I wish I could think of something to criticize about teelaunch because it might lend more credibility to this review. But the honest truth is, I have no complaints.

I am so upset about the latest transaction with Teelaunch. An item was ordered via Etsy on Nov. 17th and didn't ship until the evening of Dec.3rd. I had multiple communications with them up to that point and multiple emails with my customer who was ok with the long processing time as long as they received it by Dec. 5th. The amount of excuses as to why it took so long to produce and ship is a joke. Every email was worse than the last with their addition (it looks like 16 days before shipping but when you factor in all their employees wellness days to them it was just 11 days of processing). They refused to credit me ( I had to refund my irate customer) and then I said fine ship it to me and they went ahead and shipped to the customer anyway which was icing on the cake. I have removed all their products and warn if you are a small business that relies on your own customer service this type of business transaction can really put you in a bind. No one wants to wait for a purchase this long. OH, and if you didn't realize how long the Teelaunch processing times are (because it's not listed with the products) they will send you a blog link that you should have read to find out. SMH.

Have sold many products in the past with this app, but now Im locked out of my account and orders are not processing. What happened? HELP!!!
