I have only been using it for a few days, but the support has been EXCELLENT helping me with my questions and troubles. It is chat not a person, but it responds instantaneously and solves problems real fast.

Support is what makes me like this product.

I am still using the free version and it is really cool and I recommend it. It has many beautiful perks. It specifies for you visitors who are on your site, from which country they are and in which section they navigate the site. It is really great and I love it so much. Thanks to the developers

Best chat app I've used. I had some trouble with the setting so I used the live chat and they helped me fix my problem in about 30 seconds!

So far I like this app and it appears like it will be easy to use. I'm new to Shopify so I haven't had a chance to use the app to the fullest, but the tech support was helpful when I had a question!
