Quería una app para chat que no necesitara WhatsApp y esta me ha sorprendido por su calidad. Tiene muchísimas funcionalidades sorprendentes. El modo gratis está bien. Quizá, por poner un pero, diría que para tiendas con poco volumen como la mía, las funcionalidades extra por 39€ son un poco excesivas. No digo que no lo valgan, pero si fuera un poco más económico sí que las pagaría.

Ich habe den Chat hier in Shopify und auf meiner Webseite erstellt. Das war ein wenig kompliziert, da ich zwei Accounts begonnen hatte ( TIPP: zuerst den Shopify Account registrieren und dann das Skript in die Website einfügen).
Aber es wurde mir via Live Chat sofort geholfen!!! Tolles Beispiel, wie der Chat funktioniert! Ich denke, dass ich noch viel Spaß mit dem Live Chat haben werde :)

Easy to setup, easy to use. The interface to create your own chatbot is really cool and user friendly! I immediately was able to use this to chat with some customers and add additional items they were looking for without leaving my website, keeping them engaged. First day the app paid for itself.
