Great app, and even though it takes time to chat with people, it is really worth it. We get a lot of customers in our brick'n'mortar shop thanks to Tidio.
Great great customer service also. Don't be affraid to pay to get the features, it's worth it.

I am just over the moon with gratitude! This is such an awesome app and the level of customer service offered by Tidio couldn't be any better. I had so many questions and a minor issue that was taken care of instantly through their live chat support. I find that with other apps, they don't even offer support! They send you to a FAQs page where you have to search for a solution...how hepful. I highly recommend Tidio to any company that wants to be taken seriously and be able to provide top notch customer service through Tidio Chat.

Oh! And another huge benefit is you can integrate with your store's Facebook page! Need I say more?? haha THANK YOU TIDIO

Easily one of the most reliable and straightforward shopify apps around. The service is easy to install always work and when your store is ready for the next level you opt for a paid service with even more features. For an online only store a live chat service adds so much value as your visitors know they can communicate directly with you. And Tidio's customer service is flawless!

The user interface is elegant and, as you might expect, their live chat customer service helped me with set-up. Quick and easy. We're using the free version and it's the best live chat experience I've seen.

We switched from tidio back to another more expensive solution. But after a few months we noticed that less people used the chat so we switched back to tidio. We ran into some problems when they updated the interface (it was loading 2 times, both the new and the old interface due to the re-install). Contacted Tidio, and it was solved within 2 minutes. Great customer service, great app!
