Just installed this app and customised it to our needs and to match our theme. So far it looks an amazing app with plenty of options. It was important for us to be able to interact through mobile which this app does offer. We would have liked a cheaper pro package for a single user though. Still giving it 5 stars for the team's effort in bringing such a useful, sleek and streamlined app.

I was doing a test run, I really liked how it has this alerting pop up sound, in a pleasant tone. It works perfectly fine and can be integrated into your facebook and instagram sales, so communication can be done in one setting.

Very great app. I love that it does everything, abandoned carts, chat and automations. The have a mobile app and desktop app that makes it very realistic for our small team to be available for chat all whenever required
