Excellent and responsive customer service. I had an issue with my site associating with the wrong email. Arturo in live chat patiently and professionally assisted me in resolving the issue. I really appreciate a knowledgeable tech person and a resolution on the spot. In addition, the chatbot is quick to set up with many powerful features. Good app, easy to use and to custom and we love the free version to test on few carts. The french version is also well translated.
AMAZING. What more can I say. This is simply the industry standard if it comes to chat bots. Their support is amazing as well. The best you’ll find. Really, don’t waste your time and just get this app for your online shop. They don’t pay me to write this :) Very simple and professional user interface. Live support super fast and friendly. I added Tidio not thinking much of it, but it has really great automations. I can't be there all the time, and it makes my store seem so much more professional. I am pleased with this app.
