Had some initial struggles setting up preorders and back in stock products, so booked my hour introductory zoom call. Jolo walked me through all the options for both, the configuration, the customizations. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I used this app to set up a preorder facility on our shopify site, it was easy to install and easy to navigate. I had to get customer support help with adding the preorder badge on the product image. The customer support by email was very efficient and got my problem sorted straight away. I couldn't understand how to use the live chat feature, that didn't work for me but emailing customer support did .

This app works beautifully and the support is amazing! I was able to set up pre-sell for items, limit the amount of pre-sales per SKU, and customize the verbiage for the "add to cart" button. I had a few questions when first installing the program and support was fast and got what I needed done quickly. This has been one of the most seamless and positive app experiences I've had in Shopify!

This is THE app you need. I downloaded this app in a panic after selling out a viral dress. It was so easy to install and the team members assisting behind the on site chat function were absolutely phenomenal! I had pre order up and running the same day and when i needed to re-customise some of the dates that certain products would be available, Pam talked me through it in under five minutes. If i could give this 10 stars I would.

We're in a mad rush to launch our shop and have some items for pre-order so installed timesact. Since our site is highly customised we had an issue getting the right colour for the "ribbon badge" on the products. Contacted timesact support and got a reply in 10 minutes. We granted collaborator access and Princess from support sorted the customisation straight away! Very pleased with the customer service and the app overall is really easy to use.
