I am glad to see that it supports Japanese to some extent.
The UI is simple and easy to understand, which helps.
Up to 10 products can be pre-ordered for free, which is helpful for small businesses. The support is great, very fast and accurate.

The customer service for this app has been fabulous. Andrei was able to do a customized upload for me and left me with a video to instruct me on future changes. I wish more apps customer service took this much individual care.

Great app and great support! We installed a few others and found all the other solutions very limiting, where this one allows us to have multiple options like custom order, back order, and pre-order. During the initial setup we noticed a few issues where the content wasn't being displayed as expected, likely due to the niche theme we use, and their team was able to solve all our issues in like 20min.

Great app that does everything I hoped it would. HIGHLY recommend signing up for an onboarding session --- not sure I could have figured out all the functionality without it.

The onboarding process was really informative and detailed. I feel confident about setting up my products for Pre-Order and Restock. Also, I appreciate that there are tutorials that I can refer to if I need help in the future.

I am writing this immediately after having taken advantage of my free video chat with Johnathan to help me set things up. I had a bit of a unique situation that he was extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating, even venturing out into an entirely unrelated app as it needed to interface with Timesact. Over the course of an hour he very thoroughly explained each one of my options and was extremely patient in repeating himself when I did not understand something the first time. The app itself seems to function precisely as I need it to and the backend offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment and any other factor you can think of. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend this very thoroughly designed app for functionality of course but also because I have not thus far received customer support at such a high level from any other app I have used. Thanks a lot Johnathan, I hope Seal Subscriptions compensates you accordingly!

Perfect onboarding session with June. It was incredibly helpful to have to onboarding session. I thought I know how to use the app properly and yes for the start it was good but June helped me to get all of the potential out of it. Thank you so much!
