Jolo walked me through the Timesact App thoroughly and helped me understand how to navigate it. He was patient with me and very kind when I was confused. I definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to begin offering pre-orders!
So far it's has been a pleasant experience. Interface are very user-friendly and straightforward. The team are very prompt in replying to any queries I have as well! Highly recommend!

The Timesact App is exactly what I needed - an easy to set up and use Pre-Order feature.
I had my onboarding call with June, who was incredibly friendly and helped me very quickly fix a couple of issues that arose because of my highly customized theme.
Can definitely recommend this App and superb customer service! 5 very well deserved stars.
Today, Rommel from the support team was very helpful. He took the time to patiently explain how to use the Timesact Pre-Order app, and when we found a few issues during setup, he promptly escalated them and resolved them within minutes. I'm very grateful for Rommel's support and know that if I have any other questions, he and the Timesact support team will be there.
Just had my onboarding with this app team and it was so great! They really covered all of their bases to be sure I understood how to work and run the system! Seems like an easy enough app to use and will be very helpful once I've got it all fully worked out!
Support is very responsive and helpful. Will get on a call with you if needed, even with short notice. Price is very reasonable for being a small business. A lot of great functionalities. Always room for improvement but overall a solid App.
Great app with great customer support, fast and courteous (thanks Andrei). The app is a much better option than our previous pre-order app with more functionality and features including scheduling of when pre-orders show and integrating "back in stock" email alerts into the same app
