Very good app and best customer service!
The app is working great for us. Some of their pre-order features didn't work for our custom theme, but the issue was fixed quickly after contacting the support team.

This app is great. It took me a minute to figure out the interface, because I totally did not use the tutorials. But it works great, and when I ran into an issue — even before paying — the customer service folks fixed it in 2 minutes without asking for admin access to my shop. Which has happened on other apps. Turns out it was an animation on my theme that was the problem. They could tweak the code on their end to fix.
