My order's shipping status had no updates and Harold was able to help me track it and provided an updated tracking number, as well as assist with the general timeline of overseas orders.

full transparency, i just started using Trendsi today. However it's clear that they have a great selection and beautiful layout that's simple to use.. Trendsi is awesome! The customer service is topnotch! I would especially like to thank their representative, Dave. He was such a help. He helped me figure out why my products were showing as sold out even when Shopify and the whole of the internet seemed to provide zero answers! On top of that, they have great products and fast shipping. Super impressed and plan to use them as much as possible!
