Chette, Gretle & Mary, was very sweet and so straight forward and gives you all information you need. She wasn't in a hurry (treating everyone like I'm bothering them) like the other customer service I've had in the past. Thank you for providing good customer service.! BTW The owner of Trendsi is very smart for making this platform free unlike other competitors who are greedy and wants money upfront just by using their platform.

I love Trendsi so far and everything I have ordered has been great quality and TTS but I am most impressed with the customer service I just received from Raymart! He answered all of my questions and was so nice about it and so willing to help!

I fully believe that customer service will make or break a company and for people like me who HATE reaching out to anyone for help, he made it the most pleasant experience and now i'm not so nervous to reach back out for help!

I've tried out multiple apps claiming to be like this one, but they all fall very very short to this one's ease of use and capabilities. I can keep a good track of where the inventory levels are at, and when they get low, I can select to be notified as soon as they come back in stock so I can keep my customers updated. You can also choose to ship from warehouses located only in the US, which was a big deal for me. When I made my first sale, I was nervous and contacted support for peace of mind that I did everything correctly. I spoke with Lee, and they were amazing. Helped me out immediately, and congratulated me on my first sale! I would 100% recommend this app.
