I had a issue with a item that shipped and it had the wrong address on it. Mia helped me get the issue resolved very quickly. I love Trendsi customer service.

I emailed support about the status of an order and received a response in 4 minutes! I was so shocked. And it was a real person too and not an automated response or chatbot. Thank you so much Mary for your help! She was amazing and so friendly. Top notch customer service. I will use Trendsi forever.

I was initially hesitant to rely on dropshipping to fulfill my clothing boutique orders, but Trendsi has definitely allayed my fears! The speed of shipping has exceeded my expectations. More than that though, I have received immediate assistance, even after hours, from their helpful staff. For example, I had an order come through tonight (Saturday at 9:15pm). I emailed to fix an address issue and Gretle responded within minutes. Kudos to the entire staff! If you’re thinking of giving dropshipping a go, this is the app you need!

So far I have the best interactions with Trendsi. They are always there to help even on the weekends in their chat when I have an issue! Anya was amazing today in helping me figure out what I thought was a problem and she explained it all to me!
