Spoke with Joey on Customer Service and I love how he took the time to actually explain to me everything I needed to know, since my last store was manual and this one is automated, I am very excited and scared at the same time, but he made me feel very comfortable. I was having an issue with my shipping settings. I opened a chat with Raymart and he walked me through the process. He made it so easy and even sent screenshots to help. My problem was solved and I am up and running thanks to Raymart!
