I recently started using Trendsi and I must say that the initial impression has been amazing. From day 1 customer service has been excellent. They respond extremely quickly to questions. Angelo provided me with great service, and handled my inquiry within minutes. I look forward to using this drop-shipper for some time to come.

Update: I made a silly change in my shopify settings that messed things up and Chette was so helpful in showing me what I needed to fix and walking me thru fixing it!
The customer service I have received has been excellent! I love everything they have to offer and the ease of being able to add the items to my shop!
