Let me tell you when i say Trendsi is better then Alibaba or express or CJ you wont believe me unless you try and do business with them.
From product detail to quality to customer service is all 10/10.
Shout out to Anya also for providing easy customer service.

I just started a dropshipping store and I needed some assistance with general questions regarding trendsi return policy and procedure. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with "Allan" from customer service, and the experience was a stark contrast to my encounters with other companies. Unlike my usual experience of interacting with customer service from other companies, where interactions felt robotic and scripted. Allan's approach was refreshingly different. His willingness to proactively seek additional information for a resolution and to engage in a thoughtful investigation made me feel valued as a customer. In addition to Allan's friendly and responsive nature, the customer service provided is a testament of the Trendsi's commitment to its customers.

I was having some issues setting up shipping on my Shopify account to link with Trendsi until Raymart helped me out. He did such a great job explaining, I felt compelled to write a review. Raymart made the process easy, giving me screenshots with arrows which explained exactly what to do. I feel more confident now with the shipping set up all thanks to him. My store is now ready for customers.
