Erika was so awesome when I reached out about documents needed to get approved as a seller. She was able to get me verified within minutes of contacting them. On a different occasion, Raymart helped me with uploading collections to my store. Both were great interactions and I look forward to working with everyone at Trendsi. :)

I used Trendi's chat feature on their website to ask a few questions on getting started. Raymart was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very happy to receive such great customer support without having to wait more than a minute or two to get connected. So far, so good! Thank you :)

What amazing customer service! I lost my connection and the next person read the past conversation and helped me get our shipping set up as customer's were not able to check out! Everything about this service has been so simple and easy to use and the products are good we ordered a few to take pictures of and test out quality! Definitely suggest this company's app and products!

I had an issue with my store that I could not figure out for a few weeks. Allan was able to walk me step by step through the process to correct a very simple setting that had been inadvertently changed in my settings. Customer service is top notch!
