I submitted all requested documentation to complete my purchasing rights, and it was denied. I uploaded all additional documents and then sent a chat message to find out more specific details as to why it was denied. Chette was the chat rep I had the pleasure to speak with. Very prompt, polite and my issue was resolved, and my account was approved within 2 minutes.

Ingrid was and is Awesome, this only thing I'm wondering is why all the products say sold out after I add them to my Shopify.
Praying it works out, if it does I won't look anywhere else for products!!
