I have been using Trendsi for about a year now and usually never have any issues however this time I needed some assistance with tracking and locating an order. I contact support and I must say Angelo helped me in less than five minutes to locate my customers package. This means a lot!! I love this drop shipping company!!

I absolutely love this app. It is super easy to use. You can add items directly to your store with ease. Not to mention their quick response with any issues that may come up. I had canceled an order not meaning to and Angelo Carlo literally walked be through all I had to do, with so much professionalism and patience. I can't thank him enough.

Angelo is so helpful helping me with shopify integration. I would really recommend this company to everyone. Now had some extra help with Hazel who was brilliant helping me place an outside manual order through shopify from another sales platform. She was so helpful and it all went through smoothly, thank you so much Hazel. Hazel has now also been very helpful, a great team to work with and a lovely app. Today I spoke with Hariette who has been so helpful, she has stuck with me through a new process step by step, I can not praise her enough for her fantastic customer service. Thank you Trendsi, you are an excellent app with excellent customer service.

This is the best platform! I added it because I wanted US products on my site. I can't believe how easy everything was. Seamless integration with Shopify. This is a fantastic App. I love the products and so do all my customers and friends. Thank you Trendsi!

My rep Angelo was great. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Only thing I could mention is quicker response times. Although, that could be system delay that's out of a rep's control.

I've been using Trends for my store for a couple of months now and so far I haven't had any glitches. They're very communicative in terms of shipping dates and delays that might occur and offer other solutions for your store. Angelo helped answer all my questions about the delay due to Chinese New Year. So far a good experience.
