I'm so pleased to have found this app. It works wonderfully and allows my customers to get information about their orders. Saves me a ton of time, worth every penny.
Update, it continues to work and is my favorite app. I've found so many more things I can do with it.

Initially I couldn’t use this app from mobile device only full screen. This was resolved very quickly once I notified the app developer support.
The app works as described. I am able to create status for every step of our fabrication process for each order. I wish they would add barcode scanning capability to update status.
Excellent app for anyone looking to keep customers informed of orders through a custom status. In just the short time we've added this app, customers have already provided us positive feedback on how we are keeping them updated on the order life-cycle.

We've been using this app for a few months. It's works really well. Had a slight issue recently which was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I have been using this app for just a little while now. It turns out to be just what I was looking for to keep my customers posted regarding their order. I no longer get emails from customers wondering where their order is at. Even though I do not ship as fast as Amazon, my customers are satisfied as long they are periodically contacted with their order status.
Great product for delivery order tracking. It's very customizeable and makes communication between teams easy. We've been using this for about a year and it has made our lives infinitely easier.
I actually dont tend to ask for help when something isnt working the way I want, I tend to directly uninstall the app and look for something else. But as I read other reviews here that said how fast and helpful the app developer was in resolving issues, I decided to reach out. My issue was that my EU custs were receiving the custom date in US format and it was incredibly confusing for them. Within 11 hours this has been completely solved and now works exactly how I wanted.
I am impressed! Our store www.nogga.nl now has yet another great feature to add to the list!
