Great app but needs more print options in the app, the only option when clicking on the order is to print with the shopify option with all the product images which is not good for large orders

Staunton And Henry

Very useful App - it fulfills a specific purpose that some merchants need. If you have longer lead times in your fulfillment, this App is a great way to not only keep track of the progress of each customer order, but also (more importantly), keep your customers updated. Customer service was pretty responsive and helpful. You may just need to play around with the formatting of the emails a bit to get what you want, but overall great App.


Because we deal with a lot of preorder lines we were looking for an app that would allow us to create custom order statuses as well as keep customers up to date on arrival dates.

This app does both. Fully customisable statuses as well as email templates. Automatically sends emails when orders are updated to keep customers informed. Makes managing orders a lot easier.

There are a couple of issues that could improve the app if they're worked on. It can be quite slow to load sometimes and it does give you error messages from time to time if you try to do too much in one go.

Other than that, a great app and really useful.

Huckle Hide

This is a fantastic app! works a treat and has lots of functionality. Keeps orders up to date and cuts down on lots of emails, W3 also modified some aspects to fit my store this was carried out super quick, great service all round, very happy and would highly recommend w3trends to all store owners.

Thyme To Nurture

Initially I couldn’t use this app from mobile device only full screen. This was resolved very quickly once I notified the app developer support.


I actually dont tend to ask for help when something isnt working the way I want, I tend to directly uninstall the app and look for something else. But as I read other reviews here that said how fast and helpful the app developer was in resolving issues, I decided to reach out. My issue was that my EU custs were receiving the custom date in US format and it was incredibly confusing for them. Within 11 hours this has been completely solved and now works exactly how I wanted.

I am impressed! Our store now has yet another great feature to add to the list!


This app is a must have if you want to keep organized. Brad and Justin are on their game! They not only respond fast to app questions and issues but they have implimented many of our feature suggestions within 24 hours! W3 has been a pleasure to work with as they truly listen to their users. Solid company with clutch product offerings. You cannot go wrong with this app. The new update blows the last build out of the water in terms of speed, performance, usability and customization. Highly, highly recommended. Cant wait for more updates and more app offerings from this crew. 10/10

Milk Diamonds

Love love love this app! We make custom jewellery so need more status options than shopify offers. This meets our needs and more. It means we can update multiple customers at once with a status change, and customers can look up their own order status which decreases our workload tenfold. Any time I’ve had a query with customising the look of the app, the team have been amazing and solved my query within a few hours. Thanks so much! :)
