It is easy to use and has almost everything one needs EXCEPT languages.
You can only use it in one language. If your website is multi-language then don't get this app.

This is one of the only upselling app that seems to have thought of everything!!

They have been a great help in solving issues I was experiencing, and answering any questions I have about the app / potential customisation.

The only thing I would recommend they add is an upselling widget that is triggered based certain products added to the cart and offers discount based on cart value of those particular products.

I have tried about 4 or 5 different apps and I can say that in design, value for money, features and/or functionalities this app has been the best. The other apps I tried had a very poor design, and/or their rates were very confusing. This app has a clean, beautiful design, and is easy to configure.

This is a very user-friendly app and the app developers have a very quick response time. Some of their features were not compatible with our website and they made code updates and recommendations that quickly fixed the issue. I highly recommend this app.

Unfortunately the App charge a lot of money while is based on "orders" doesn't matter if they are generated from online store or PoS (while we have 80% orders by PoS and less than 100 orders from online) and force you to spend as you have hundreds of order.
So is good if you just sell online, bad if you have also PoS connected.
